I dreamed I lived in a house with two haunted rooms:  One near the top of a set of switchback stairs, and the other near the bottom of the stairs, directly beneath the upper one.  I walked past the haunted room on the upper floor and a ghost stepped out behind me, stamped his foot, and shouted.  Scared the shit outta me.  I said to somebody, “Does that ghost ever bother you?”

He said, “Yeah, every time I walk by it jumps out and goes, ‘Augh!’”

“It must be on one today,” I said.

Earlier I had walked past the haunted room on the lower floor while it's door was open, where I thought I had seen a PHP error on the floor.  I thought if I could resolve the error the ghosts would go away, so I went back downstairs to the other haunted room.  The door was closed, so I pushed it open and immediately saw two child-like ghosts that looked to be girls standing nearby.  One backed off into the shadows while the other held her ground at the door.  Somebody nearby commented, “Supposedly she killed her twin!”

I turned on the light, which flickered and slowly grew brighter.  The nearer ghost silently intimated her protestation at the light being turned on.  I said, “I need the light on so that I can see this room!”

The ghost girl then approached me quickly.  I backed up to avoid making physical contact, and she followed me several feet down the hall.  I shouted, “Get back in your room!  This is my house, so you have to do what I say!”  I started to panic because the ghost wasn't backing off, and then I woke up.
