One night I read a comment where somebody said his dad always told him, “If you encounter a bear, yell at it to scare it away.”  Later he and his dad were camping and they encountered a bear.  His dad screamed at the bear, but the bear just stood there and looked at him.  So the dad just came back into the the tent and said, “Well that's all I have.”

So then that night I dreamed that I encountered a bear with two cubs.  Two boys, two other people, and I were just hanging around with the bears like idiots.  At one point I accidentally got between the bear and her cubs, and I was standing on an elevated surface so I jumped down and raised my arms and yelled, but the bear still approached me, so I climbed on an oversized tractor tire to get away.  Then I was on the top end of a long, tilted concreate tube that was embedded slightly into the ground and the bear was trying to climb up to me.  As I was climbing around to avoid the bear, the boys thought it looked fun and tried to likewise do the same thing.

That's all I remember from the dream; I must have then woken up.
